Description

Stretton Pool Action SPA ia a charity who want to save their local pool as this is looking to get shut down. The group have already raised funds to keep the pool open and hope to raise more with organising a Go Tri Active session and event at the Centre.

For anyone who wants to support the action group and try multisport for the first time, then please dont waste time, register your place before this is fully booked. This is a family fun day and something that you can enjoy together from age 8+. 

The session is a lead up to the groups first Go Tri event - GO TRI Church Stretton. Please see details below on how to enter. 

When:
This will take place on the 24th March 2019

Time:

8.30am-1.30pm
The day will consist of swimming, transition and running skills with a walk through at the end for the Go Tri event. 

Where:
 Church Stretton Leisure Centre, Shrewsbury Road, Church Stretton SY6 6EX

What you will need:

  • Drinks/snacks/lunch
  • Comfortable clothing for running
  • Hat/gloves - as will be outside
  • Warm clothing for after the session
  • Costume, trunks, towel, goggels

Go Tri Event:
The training is leading up to the GO TRI Church Stretton Aqujathlon which will take place on the 7th April 2019.

What you'll need

General kit list:

  • Trainers
  • Shorts/Leggings
  • T-Shirt or top
  • Water bottle
  • Towel

Swimming:

  • 1 or 2 piece costume for ladies
  • Trunks or shorts for men
  • A wetsuit if your swim is open water
  • Don't forget your goggles!

Biking:

  • Bike* (any bike will do)
  • Helmet
  • * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

  • All you need is a pair of trainers
