Come and join Leeds Bradford Tri Club’s Run sessions this September at Horsfall Stadium, Bradford. #TriSummer

LBT have opened their doors this summer and are inviting everyone along to join their Run Session which is purely aimed at Novices and Improvers.

The session will consist of basic running technique and strength work followed by a main set designed to improve your running ability and economy.

You can choose to attend all four dates or just one, it’s up to you! 


Time: 6.30pm to 8pm

Cost: The cost of each session is £3.40 which is paid upon entry to the track.

Booking is essential as places are limited to 10 per session.  This booking is for Tuesday 24th September, to book on the other dates please click the date above which will take you to that booking page.

How to get there:

From Bradford City Centre follow Manchester road to Odsal Top roundabout. Take the 4th exit along Halifax Road (A6036). Turn left down Cemetery Road and the stadium is on the left. Approximately 3.8 miles, 12 minutes.

From Leeds City Centre follow signs for the M621. Take the M621 onto the M62 towards Manchester. Take Junction 26 onto the M606. Take the M606 to junction 3 to the Rooley Lane Roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto the A6036 past Richard Dunn Sports Centre and Odsal Stadium. At the Odsal Top Roundabout take the Third exit along Halifax road (A6036). Turn left down.

What you'll need

General kit list:

  • Trainers
  • Shorts/Leggings
  • T-Shirt or top
  • Water bottle
  • Towel


  • Bike* (any bike will do)
  • Helmet
  • * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *


  • All you need is a pair of trainers
