GO TRI Blickling Hall Drop In Duathlon

Description

We are pleased to announce the second of our successful and fun GO TRI Drop In Duathlons at Blickling Hall during Half Term on Friday 26th October 2018.

We will have a small 200m circuit laid out with coaches, bikes and helmets available from 10:30am to 3:30pm. 

Simply sign up and drop in to GO TRI a duathlon with help from our on hand coaches.

The sessions will be limited to groups of no more than 6-8 people at a time. 

You just need to be in clothes and footwear comfortable for a short jog and ride.

Our coaches will help you with instruction on how to mount and dismount a bike so that you can complete a very short duathlon - how long or how short is entirely your choice.

Ages 8 through to 80+ for both male and females.  Family groups are welcome.

Will you need to be there for the whole 6hrs?  Absolutely not - just 10-15 mins to suit you.

No cost for the activity, you will need to pay Blickling Estate for access to the grounds and for car parking, but whilst you're there, you can look around the rest of the grounds or even the Hall, it is part of the National Trust and it is stunning.

Pre-registration's are open until 7pm Thursday 25th October and you may drop-in at any time between 10:30 and 3:30pm.  We will be accommodating on the day drop-in participation, so do come along early to make good use of a day out at Blickling Hall.
