GO TRI Duathlon (run-bike-run) training for newcomers and improvers with Capital Tri

Focus: Race preparation + brick (bike & run) session

The session is aimed at first-timers looking for an introduction to triathlon / duathlon ahead of their first race or novice athletes who are looking for some simple and easy tips on how to improve. 

NOVICE/FIRST-TIMER
For novice athletes, the coaches will walk you through the basic skills required in triathlon and duathlon, such as bike handling and transition, and give you the knowledge and confidence to enjoy your race.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

a bike, a helmet, running shoes and you can bring bike shoes if you have them but not required

Biking:

  • Bike* (any bike will do)
  • Helmet
  • * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

  • All you need is a pair of trainers
