Description

Muslimah Sports Association has joined up Triathlon England, Redbridge Cycling Circuit and Redbridge Leisure and Culture to put on this programme of women only cycling and running sessions. The sessions are open to all women over 18 years old.

The session takes place at the safe, purpose built closed road Redbridge cycling circuit and will be coached by female coaches.

The programme is on Thursday mornings during school term times from 10:00am and will last 90 minutes, finishing around 11:30am. 

The session will build your riding and running skills as well as fitness to give you the confidence in both activities. No matter your ability levels each session will  build your skills week by week.  

The session lasts from 10:00am until 11:30am on Thursday mornings at Redbridge Cycling Circuit. 

There is parking and changing facilities on site as well as the chance to buy refreshments.

All you need to bring with you is suitable clothes for cycling, jogging and some trainers. Be prepared for all weather conditions.

Each week costs £5 which include bike and helmet hire.

 

NOTE: We will be providing bikes and helmets for anyone who needs one. If you have your own bike you are more than welcome to use it.

General kit list:

  • Trainers
  • Shorts/Leggings
  • T-Shirt or top
  • Water bottle
  • Towel

Biking:

  • Bike* (any bike will do)
  • Helmet
  • * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

  • All you need is a pair of trainers
