Do you want to learn some new skills? Get fit and feel good? 

These sociable women only sessions could be for you! 

The sessions are for all ability levels and each session will build your skills and confidence.

At only a £5 per session, (which includes bike hire,) they are great value and you don’t have to commit to attend every week. 

You can book on for all the sessions, (for a discount,) or just book on the occasional one, you can also just come along on the day – it’s up to you.

The sessions are on Thursdays in term time and start at 10am and finish around 11:30am. 

The sessions take place at the safe, purpose built closed road Redbridge cycling circuit and will be coached by female coaches. If the weather is bad then the sessions will continue inside.

The programme has been brought to you by GO TRI, Muslimah Sports Association, Redbridge Cycling Circuit and Redbridge Leisure and Culture. 

We look forward to seeing you there – bring some friends and join the fun.

There is parking and changing facilities on site. All you need to bring with you is suitable clothes for cycling, jogging and some trainers. I know spring is on the way but be prepared for all weather conditions.

  • Trainers
  • Shorts/Leggings
  • T-Shirt or top
  • Water bottle
  • Towel


  • Bike* (any bike will do)
  • Helmet
  • * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *


  • All you need is a pair of trainers
