Description

Do you need some motivation? Woud you like to have ago at Run, Bike, Run?

Then come and join us for 7 weeks and Train for GO TRI.

British Triathlon have teamed up with Leeds City Council to bring this special opportunity.  This will consist of 6 weeks of coached sessions by local coaches Fiona Hoare and Paul Whithurst covering Cycle Skills, Run Drills and that all important Transition Practice.  Week 7 will end with a GO TRI Event of a Run, Bike, Run.

Below are all the dates for the training sessions.  It's a great chance to receive face to face coaching, learn new skills and ask questions and advice to prepare you for event day. 

It is important to note that all sessions will be COVID Compliant.

The cost of the course is £20. Booking is essential as places are limited to comply with COVID 19 regulations.

Included in the cost is: -

  • 6 Coached Sessions.
  • Entry to the GO TRI Event.
  • GO TRI T-Shirt on completion of the GO TRI Event.
  • Access to private Facebook group to discuss topics and post questions.

Full details including a Health Questionaire will be emailed on Tuesday 6th April.  All questionnaires must be returned prior to the first session.

PLEASE NOTE, ALL SESSIONS WILL BE ORGANISED IN A COVID-19 SECURE MANNER TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR PARTICIPANTS AND COACHES. ALL BOOKINGS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN LINE WITH LOCAL OR NATIONAL LOCKDOWNS. IF WE NEED TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WE WILL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION FOR YOU.

What you'll need

General kit list:

  • Trainers
  • Shorts/Leggings
  • T-Shirt or top
  • Water bottle
  • Towel

Swimming:

  • 1 or 2 piece costume for ladies
  • Trunks or shorts for men
  • A wetsuit if your swim is open water
  • Don't forget your goggles!

Biking:

  • Bike* (any bike will do)
  • Helmet
  • * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

  • All you need is a pair of trainers
