Description

A summer aquathlon.
Two distances - 100m swim/1km run & 200m swim/2km run.
Starting with an open water style swim in the pool. Buoys will guide you through the swim circuit and then you will make your way out onto the run which will take you down our picturesque sea view promenade to the finish line.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Swimming:

• 1 or 2 piece costume for ladies
• Trunks or shorts for men
• A wetsuit if your swim is open water
• Don't forget your goggles!

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
