Description

GO TRI Local is for people that are brand new to swim, bike and run and looking to take their first steps in a safe and enjoyable environment. GO TRI Local Tameside is a monthly opportunity for new and aspiring participants to come and give a Duathlon a go which is run, bike and run in a fun and non-competitive environment.

The course is a fully off road course on a closed circuit. These opportunities are all about having fun and building your confidence. Please arrive at 9.45am for a race brief to start the race at 10am with staggered age groups race times close to each other.

Tameside Family Duathlon Age 15+ - Adult	Run 3km, Bike 15km, Run 3km
Tameside Family Duathlon Age 8-9	Run 0.3km, Bike 1km, Run 0.15km

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Biking:

• Bike* (any bike will do)
• Helmet
• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
