Description

Race in safety on a 100% traffic free Duathlon. The race starts outside the cyclopark off site for the 2km run. Then back on the track for 5 x 2.5km laps (no cars). It’s then off site for the second 2km run.Event tech tops for all competitors.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Biking:

• Bike* (any bike will do)
• Helmet
• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
