Her Spirit in partnership with British Triathlon are offering monthly GO TRI events at Spring Lakes Water Sports Centre in Long Eaton, Nottingham.

Our events offer a beautiful swim location and off road running routes. With 3 distances to choose from our events cater for ladies who are brand new to triathlon and those who have some existing experience and want to push your limits.

New for 2021 is a Mother & Daughter wave where you can take part together and your combined efforts will decide your final finish placing. Please note the event entry will only ask for your (mother) details. Please read our event email for information on how to register your daughters details for the event.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Swimming:

• 1 or 2 piece costume for ladies
• Trunks or shorts for men
• A wetsuit if your swim is open water
• Don't forget your goggles!

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
