Description

Ennerdale Cycle Track makes a perfect venue for this welcoming, club-run event.

Any ability, any bike (REMEMBER YOUR HELMET), any age 15+ (age on 31/12/22) - everyone is encouraged to come along and have a go at this little duathlon event.2 lap run, 5 lap bike, 1 lap run. Each lap is 1km.

Start time 9.00am (register from 8.30am). Spectators are welcome.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Biking:

• Bike* (any bike will do)
• Helmet
• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
