Description

GO TRI Local is for people that are brand new to swim, bike and run and looking to take their first steps in a safe and enjoyable environment.

GO TRI Local University of Worcester is a monthly opportunity for new and aspiring participants to come and give a swim and run a go in a fun and non-competitive environment, with a fully off road course. These opportunities are all about fun and building your confidence.

The event will start with a 100m open water swim, fully supported by qualified lifeguards, followed by a 1.25km off road run, round the university campus. Pre-event brief will be at 10:00.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Swimming:

• 1 or 2 piece costume for ladies
• Trunks or shorts for men
• A wetsuit if your swim is open water
• Don't forget your goggles!

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
