Our monthly aquathlons are perfect for beginners, as a regular fitness activity and for training towards other goals.
For the winter we will complete the run first then swim (usually swim-run in summer). We will light the run, which is entirely traffic-free with marshals on hand to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time.
Distances vary by age.
It's very flexible and you don't have to complete the full distance - just do what suits you!
