Looking for an opportunity to take part in a multisport event for the first time? Aloha Tri are excited to invite you to the GO TRI Local VeloPark Duathlon on July 23rd with support from Triathlon England. This is a special GO TRI Local Duathlon, as the event takes place at the Olympic VeloPark. GO TRI Local events are for beginners from 15+ to adult who would like to try a multi-sport event for the first time. It’s a no pressure and non-competitive duathlon!

Please note this is a bare bones event meaning there will be no medals or no chip timing, but the opportunity to take part in a fun, friendly event on an iconic cycle course.

The event is composed of the following distances: - Run: 1.6km - Bike: 8km - Run: 1.6km.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Biking:

• Bike* (any bike will do)
• Helmet
• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
