Swimming is the first element of triathlon, but we know it isn’t for everyone. Did you know we have GO TRI activities without a swim?
Cycling is the second element of triathlon. You don’t need a road bike though – any bike will do, as long as you have a helmet.
In GO TRI, you often finish off with a run – however you can go at whatever pace you like. If you don’t like to run, don’t worry we still have activities for you.
