For those who are completely new to GO TRI, you might not know what it is or whether triathlon is for you. Well, we are here to help you Get Started in your triathlon and multisport journey.

You can participate in the DIY TRI and follow our simple steps to build your own triathlon, that you pledge to go and complete in your time, when it suits you. You can read Real Stories from other inspiring GO TRIERS who have been in your position before.

Why not look at the GO TRI Training Guides and have a go at the simple 5-minute GO TRI and Sport Relief workout. There are plenty of things for you to do – so just Get Started and let us know how you get on.

Challenge Yourself

Fantastic – you seem to be getting to grips with GO TRI and feel ready to do some more activity. Why not have a go at the GO TRI Gym Challenge – you can go down to the gym and complete this challenge whenever you want. We know it will leave you wanting more and feeling like you can improve on your time.
